WHY I FEAR FOR AMERICA - A CUBAN-AMERICAN PERSPECTIVE

 Socialism is crawling its way into our country and our way of life is being threatened. 
Every day our voices are being slowly silenced, our constitution is being attacked and our moral beliefs are being tossed aside for the new ways of the new society. 
Some may ask, who does this guy think he is?  
What makes this guy such an expert on Socialism?

  
 I was born in Havana, Cuba in October 1952. We lived in a two-bedroom apartment alongside my twin brother, mother, and father in Old Havana just a couple of blocks from "El Malecon" (The famous seawall along the outskirts of the city).


 We were considered a normal middle-class family with modest means. We had a very close family unit with lots of good friends with plenty of good times, and everything was great until...........................a very charismatic and impressive young man appeared on the scene, this Messiah, this GREAT leader, THE ONE, this person who offered Hope and Change (Hmmmm). He who appeared to have all the answers to every question ever asked and more.

 So on Jan.1,1959, this bearded leader and his triumphant liberators paraded into the streets of Havana lifting the hopes of many who believed in this seemingly great man.

 That was a very scary, brutal, and bloody year, the kangaroo courts were continuously unfair and without any mercy. They were also on television where every day you could see person after person appearing in this farce also called a court of law.

 I will never forget it as the condemned were dragged into the courts with the crowds drooling with hate and screaming at the top of their lungs in complete and delirious devilish harmony the words "PAREDON! PAREDON! PAREDON! PAREDON!" (firing squad) begging for blood, dooming many before they had any chance to defend themselves........  of course, most of them were found guilty and shot minutes later.

 Fidel Castro then proceeded to take all of the people's weapons in the pretense that he would take care of all of us, he told us that only bad people had arms of death............. and yes, he took all of our fire-arms and left us defenseless       (You ever wonder why Castro has lasted so long?)

 I still remember the talks our parents had with us about not talking to ANYONE, for we could innocently tell of our parent's disgust with the damned Revolution. The fear of being dragged into those trials was enough torture for an 8-year-old little boy. 

 Eventually, we were pulled out of school because the communist indoctrination started. All teachers taught and demanded that your love and loyalty always began with Fidel, El Che, and the Revolution.

 Within a year in power, Fidel Castro started to take our freedoms away as he started his Socialist experiment on an unsuspecting and desperate country by confiscating all firearms and nationalizing all industries in Cuba. 

 The government (Fidel) owned everything! Oh yes, even your home and your children. 
Every neighborhood had a committee headed by loyal Castro supporters known by the oppressed as chivatos (rats) that would inform on their neighbors if they even suspected that you were against Fidel and his Revolution.

 Our families were split apart by ideologies, some were with the Revolution and the rest of us were not. Kaos ruled our daily lives so much that we could not even trust our closest friends. However.......... this never-ending and agonizing nightmare would not last forever.


 On September 3, 1961, our Mother told my twin brother and I (to our surprise) that on that same day we were going to America to see our beloved father. (Who left a few months before to get a job and an apartment for us when we got there.)

 I remember getting on that old Pan Am twin-engine propeller plane and leaving the land of my birth and half of my beloved family to never see them again.

 We got to the United States soon after and remember when my feet hit the ground my mother told us crying "Son, we don't have to be scared anymore, now you can say anything you want because we are free".

  I'll never forget those words as long as I live, and it is for that reason that I will continue to fight against this Socialist onslaught that is dooming our society today.

 It is up to us who came from Socialist dictatorships to lead the revolt against the evil that is contaminating America before it is too late. We know who these people are and how they are trying to achieve their goals.

 All immigrants from Nicaragua, Bolivia, El Salvador, Venezuela, Ecuador, and of course Cuba that has experienced the horrors of this system, have to re-double and lead the effort against this Socialist tidal wave that is destroying life as we know it. 

 We must be loud and we must be clear but most of all we must be heard. We must unmask these pretenders and expose them for what they really are, Radical Socialists who are dead set on changing America to their idealistic Socialist utopia.

 Folks, we are at a desperate crossroads in this country's history, and "We The People" are the last line of defense. 

 We must not fail to stop this blatant overthrow of our Constitutional freedoms and our precious way of life because............ the alternative is simply more of the same Cuban nightmare, how do I know?  I was there.............

OBAMA - CASTRO BROMANCE ...... A MARRIAGE MADE IN SHAME

 Cuban Dictators Fidel and Raul Castro unbelievably pulled off the biggest con job of the century by getting Mr. Hope and Change himself, American President Barack Obama to show off his incredible incompetence by not only by re-establishing relations with Cuba, opening the U.S. Embassy in Havana but also taking the criminal Castro dictatorship off the U.S. list of nations that sponsor terrorism.

The Castro's have repeatedly blamed The United States for all of the problems that have plagued the Communist isle since they seized power back in 1959.
 Finally, after all of these years, someone is listening, agreeing and accepting America's guilt in Cuba's woes! Yes folks, that would be Mr. Apology himself Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States.

 The Cuban Government is now proudly showcasing Obama's ignorant disregard of the crimes committed by this brutal and tyrannical crime family by inviting him and his family for a week of sun and fun. All these while groups, like "The Ladies in White" are beaten and arrested for their brave opposition to this evil government. 
The people continue to hope and pray that someone, some day will listen to their desperate pleas.................but sadly, President Obama and his Socialist government continue to ignore and wash their hands regardless of the blatant human rights violations that have been plaguing the Cuban people for more than 57 years.

  In spite of all of the abuses occurring during the historic visit, It appears that Obama and their entourage are having a blast! Why not? It's a great opportunity to finally tour the great laboratory of Progressive and Socialist ideas. What's not to like? They wine and dine the president, his family, and his entourage, take them to a baseball game with his newfound buddy Raul Castro and uses them as useful propaganda idiots with the ultimate goal to legitimize their evil and corrupt regime.

 In the end, President Obama's visit to Cuba will accomplish nothing on improving Human Rights conditions. The Cuban dictatorship simply can't afford it, that is how they have kept total control of the defenseless people of Cuba all of these years and they are not about to relinquish the only tool they have of controlling the masses.

 Sure, some political prisoners will be released as a sign of good faith, but as always most will be rearrested as soon as the President leaves. With all that extra money coming into their filthy hands, Cuba's alliances with our worst enemies will flourish and the refunded repression will continue in order to maintain control of that island hell hole.  

 All this shows is that it pays to be a totalitarian thug dictatorship. What's coming out of all of this? Everything for them and nothing for the hopeless mass of the desperate. You can kiss goodbye any kind of justice to the thousands that have been killed, abused and jailed simply for not agreeing with their methods. What's next Mr. President, a vacation in North Korea?

ILLEGAL ALIENS, AMERICA'S ENEMIES

 As a Cuban-American and a Hispanic, I write this article with shame and disgust over the illegal immigration culture war presently dividing and infesting this great nation. 

 Have we Hispanics lost our minds? How in God's good name can we justify imposing our will and culture on our gracious hosts? Aren't we supposed to learn English and assimilate ourselves with the American way of life?

 This current fiasco has nothing to do with bigotry and has everything to do with overrunning this country with failed people from failed countries and changing the political dynamics forever, some of these troublemakers are even trying to retake lost territory for Mexico! How do I know? They are telling us!

 The United States government and its people have bent backward to be reasonable and humane with the illegal immigrants only to be called fascists and racists in their own country......... (This takes huge COJONES) Our way of life is being threatened and it is now time to take our country back......ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

 The United States government's duty to all of its citizens is to keep them safe from harm within the sovereign borders of this great nation. The moment that defending ourselves becomes politically incorrect is the moment that we have lost the battle for preserving any reasonable chance to keep our families safe from all illegal invaders, including the people that want to do us harm. We must completely close the borders and enforce the laws of the land, our survival depends on it.

 I am embarrassed and ashamed of fellow (LATINOS) Hispanics that choose anarchy over the rule of law and this is not the first time. Their willful disregard of American laws and lives is displayed daily in most major cities with killer street gangs running amok selling drugs and terrorizing American neighborhoods. The anti-gringo fervor is at an all-time high and if we don't put a stop to all of this madness right now, we will all be responsible for the carnage that will follow.

 As Cuban refugees we have also felt the wrath of our Hispanic Camaradas (Comrades), we were the minority within the Hispanic minority and we were looked down on for because we disliked Fidel Castro!

They could not understand why we would hate such a great hero of the common people, and because of that, we became the ignorant nuisance and embarrassment of the Hispanic community. We were ridiculed for choosing hard work over welfare and blasted for siding with conservative values that mostly sided with the Republican Party for all these years.

 The day that I became a citizen of this country, I swore an oath that I would support and defend the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America. This pledge of allegiance was made with my full consent and total understanding of what all of this meant including my total commitment to the rule of law.

 I do see pockets of decent Hispanics breaking out of the nanny state of mind that has kept many of them from reaching the American dream. It is my hope that they take up the mantle and lead the fight of standing up for America when America needs us the most because God knows that America stood up for us.................

WHY WE NEED THE CUBAN EMBARGO

    From the first day of the revolution, Fidel Castro and his Soviet allies have been our sworn enemy with their goal to defeat their horrible neighbors from the north ("The Evil Gringos"). Have we forgotten that Castro wanted to attack America with nukes?

  Our Cuban neighbors have fomented an evil revolution that raped, maimed, jailed and killed hundreds of thousands of innocents throughout our Hemisphere and around the world, all in the name of a perverted social justice.

  The Cuban government has proven over and over that when they have money, their international adventures get bolder, their atrocities increase, their iron grip on the Cuban people becomes tighter and the rhetoric becomes louder.

  Communist Cuba is financed with hand outs from well meaning left leaning countries to fellow American hating countries that want nothing better than to see the collapse of the United States of America.

  Did you know that the United States is now Communist Cuba's largest food and medicine supplier? (as long as they pay for it in hard currency)

 Why then are the people still starving?

 Why can't they get a simple aspirin?
 Could it be that they are re-selling these goods to the unsuspecting foreign tourists for monetary gain?

 These criminals also do business with many major foreign companies from all over the world and somehow manage to miss-manage and steal these companies blind. (Cuba owns and controls 51% of all foreign businesses)

 Their main problem is that they don't pay their bills, all they want is a (no limit) American Credit Card and all of you anti-embargoists want to deal with these crooks?

 Some of the people that want to end the embargo will innocently insist that lifting the embargo will help to open up Cuba to democracy, which is laughable at best, they would only subsidize Cuba's already corrupt communist system and perpetually keep them in power.

 They have continued to trample on the defenseless mass of desperate people with threats of harassment, beatings, imprisonment and executions if they don't comply with every command from the communist government.

  Fidel and Raul Castro shamelessly blame The United States and the embargo for the collapse of the Cuban economy. That would be funny if it wasn't so tragic, these men lie through their teeth and they know it!
Why are we ignoring the fact that Cuba has been open for business to the rest of the world since the start of the Revolution?
Instead of opening the democratic door of ideas, they have instead clamped down hard in their brutal repression of the Cuban people and not the openness that you would like to think.

  Cuba's economic destruction was caused by the dictatorship's horrible economic policies, specifically the 1976 constitution which prohibits private enterprise and ownership of property, that act completely destroyed the free market in Cuba and brought economic growth to a complete stop.
 It's easier to say, "let's lift the embargo" when it doesn't involve the country that gave you birth, your family members killed because they disagreed with the government or the separation of grandmother and grandfather, mother and father, sons and daughters, sometimes to never see them again.

  I am a proud Cuban-American that owes everything to this, the greatest country in the history of the world, but I'm not about to turn my back on my birth country when the end of that brutal regime is so near.

  Have we gotten so money hungry that we can just look the other way and reward a murderer with business as usual for a job well done?

  What's right is right and that will never change as long as there are people with Honor and Dignity left in this world to fight evil and injustice.....................

WHAT IS WITH GLORIFYING A MURDERER?

  What would ordinary good hearted people do if they came face to face with the images of Adolf Hitler, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Joseph Stalin, Pol Pot or Mao Tse-Tung (Zedong) on some idiot's t-shirt? Would they be vindictive, judgmental or maybe just a little pissed off at the people celebrating these Mass Murderers? Should we strive to be cool and better people,  look the other way and allow these people to celebrate their heroes at our expense?

 The real question is, what would you do? Extend your hands in friendship and tell the ignorant fanatic that his idol is forgiven and that everything is alright?

 What would a Jew from Auschwitz 
do if he came face to face with an idiot glorifying the people that murdered his family?  How could any Jew forgive Adolf Hitler?

  Sometimes life throws us a vicious curve ball where everything becomes a living hell for millions around the world. Family members, friends and neighbors  jailed or slaughtered simply because they didn't agree with their government's cruel tyranny. Yet these leaders are branded as heroes by many.

 Some of these despots live long and luxurious lives at the expense of their defenseless and desperate people without ever getting even a smidgen of justice. It just isn't right!  

Some one's murdering terrorist is another one's blazing hero? Al-Qaeda's own Osama Bin-Laden kills more than 3,000 innocent Americans and yet he is a hero to many. Would you forgive Bin-Laden? How would you respond to some idiot proudly parading with a picture your son's murderer on their T-Shirt?   

 The world we live in seems like it is in a loving and forgiving mood, as countess of people around the world are apparently developing a disease known as "liberal goody too shoes amnesia"...... and until some tragic event happens to you or your loved ones, then you will always be on the side of the people that will continue to let these atrocities continue.

  My first reaction when I see those people wearing those hurtful t-shirts is to want to punch that person on the nose and lecture him on how cruel and bad that person was, but then I remember that this is America where everyone (citizen) has the right to be stupid.

  Does this give anyone the right to be wrong, stupid or even cruel at any cost?  Many law abiding Americans say yes, they also rightly say that many patriots of this great country died for that right of free expression. They will also tell you that it is OK to burn the American flag if they desire. But........................ isn't there an invisible and moral line that you just don't cross?

FIRST AMENDMENT

CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; OR ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, OR OF THE PRESS; OR THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.

 So be aware my Liberal friends, the next genocide will happen because of people like you who did not want to see or believe what bad people can do. Instead of condemning them, you are elevating them as heroes. 
  The future of our fragile and dangerous world will now depend on people that will allow these atrocities to continue and it is up to people like me who will try to expose and stop them. 

 Ahem, Excuse me! I also have the right to be right. You must also realize that I am also going to use my right of expression by exposing and denouncing these people that glorify these champions of genocide.

 So hear me loud and clear to all who will listen, I will stop and ridicule any body in public if I ever see anyone wearing a Murderer's t-shirt. I like these cretins am claiming my first amendment rights and expressing my constitutional right to free speech, now put that one in your pipe and smoke it! 

THE BROKEN PROMISE

They all came in with the promise of change and social justice, Fidel and Raul Castro in Cuba, Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, Rafael Correa in Ecuador, Evo Morales in Bolivia, Dilma Rousseff  in Brazil, Tabaré Vázquez in Uruguay, Cristina Fernandez de Kishner in Argentina and  Barrack Hussein Obama in the United States, all Socialists and all in power in our Hemisphere and NONE of them are in a hurry to relinquish their total control. (Obrador lost in Mexico by less than 1% of the vote) Does anyone think we need a border fence?

 There is a Socialist wave going around in this entire hemisphere and it continues with President Obama right here in the United States of America............ Folks, the big picture is getting clearer as we wander away from reality, we are fighting for our way of life and most of us can't see it.

 Lets call President Obama for what he really is, he is a SOCIALIST! We can try an sugar coat it, even re-label him but.....if it looks like a duck, smells like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is a duck! That old saying is also true with President Obama, the script has been written and they are following it successfully to the letter.
The President of The United States even has the nerve to go on an apology tour around the globe blaming all of the worlds ills on America, shameful !!!!

 From imposing an unwanted Universal Health Care system to also being part of this massive Global Warming scam (Cap and Trade) to controlling the air waves (The Fairness Act), and yes that out of control national debt..... it almost seems like they want us to go BANKRUPT !
Maybe they do want to destroy us so that they can rebuild us in their vision of a UTOPIAN SOCIETY,  is that not the Socialist model of how to achieve total victory?

 These people are right on schedule and it is going to take all of our efforts to stop this out of control train-wreck, one major thing about these Socialists is that once they get power, they will try by all means to keep it (including amending the constitution to achieve those means if necessary).

 Excuse my comments if it appears to baffle some of you, but I saw the same conditions and the same things happen in my native land, these people have promised the desperate masses around the world hope and change over and over and have delivered nothing but death and misery time and time again,  for this and many other reasons I am afraid for America and for our children's sake and I hope it's not too late.......... 

LET'S GET RID OF THE UNITED NATIONS

  The United Nations, the great democratic world protector of good, the savior of the world, the judges between good and evil, etc.......... What are they doing, you might ask? 

 Kim Jong Mentally Ill is running amok in North Korea building nukes as fast as he can, while oppressing his people and they do nothing. 

 Mahmoud  Ahmadinejad is bravely telling America and the world to kiss his big and bad Iranian ass, while Iran builds their own arsenal of nuclear weapons right under the noses of the International community, all this while denying the Iranian people any basic human rights.................... and the U.N. does  nothing.


 The state of Israel (the only democracy in the Middle East) becomes more and more isolated by United Nations and it's enemies. (Together they will make sure that Israel is destroyed.)

 Human rights abuses around the world are becoming more and more rampart by the same people that seem to control the dialogue at the U.N.

 The United Nations as a whole talk a big game...... but the killing continues, they just don't care. 
Who are protecting the people from these outlaw nations and their brutal dictators from torture and death? Certainly not the United Nations.


 They did NOTHING 90 miles away for 50 years while the Soviet backed Castro brothers fermented death and destruction throughout their many adventures in South America. 

 Fidel Castro and his cronies assassinated hundreds of thousands of innocents and destroyed millions of lives in Cuba and around the world in the name of a failed Communist revolution.

The United Nations have done nothing in the Sudan while thousands of Christians are being slaughtered..... but it does not stop there, Myanmar? Iran? Tibet? Who cares? The killing continues.

 The one man who stood up for Democracy and FREED 40 million people from some of these Terrorist nations was President George W. Bush, not the United Nations like they were supposed to, instead of being thankful for standing up to these Criminals, they demonized him and aligned themselves with America's enemies.


 The United Nations with all of its worldly powers, stands by as these thugs and others around the globe to totally make a mockery of this worldly organization, and they do it in the name of world peace !

This is the ideal place for tyrants, thugs and murderers to tell us how wrong and bad we are on anything and everything, it's mind-boggling!

Can we please stop supplying these incompetent boobs all of these billions of dollars to do nothing in our interest? When are we going to realize that these people are not our friends !

 I say enough is enough, so please stop ! We just can't continue with this farce anymore, we simply can't afford it. 

 It's time to take a stand and either tell them to do their jobs or take a hike, but like always we will have to do the dirty work ourselves.

 I think the United Nations building would look better in France, don't do you think ?
